This a healthy, rich in protien , easy to make sweet.
INGREDIENTS:
Oats - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - just enough to make balls
Cardamom - 4 ( powdered)
Cashew, Kismis - 1 to 2 tbsp each
Method :
Fry the oats in little ghee till good aroma comes and powder after it cools down . Powder the sugar. Mix the oats powder, sugar powder, cardomom in a bowl. Heat the ghee and fry the cashew and kismis and add to the bowl and make laddoos.
