Paneer Pakoda

Paneer Pakodas are a great evening snack. It fills your tummy with great tastes!

Ingredients:

Crumbled Panner - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Bengal Gram Flour - 1/2 cup
Onions - 1/2 cup [Cut length wise]
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped Cashewnuts - 1 tbsp
Coriander & Mint leaves [finely cut] - As required
Salt - As required

Method:

Crumble paneer without any lumps. Add all the other ingredients and two tbsp of hot oil. Mix well. Divide the flour into three or four parts. If necessary sprinkle some water [The moisture in the paneer is enough to hold the dough] and deep-fry the pakodas. [Irregular shapes is formed]


Serve hot with sauce.
