RAWA KADUBU



This can be had for morning breakfast and is very easy to make, especially when there is left over rice.

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice or left over rice- 1- 1/2 cups

Rawa (sooji)- just enough to hold the rice

Onions - 1 big chopped finely
Coriander- handful, chopped
Green chilli- 2, chopped finely
Jeera- 1 tbsp
Salt- as required

Method :

Mash rice. Add onions, chopped chili, coriander, ginger, jeera, salt and rawa and mix well. Little water can be sprinkled to hold the dough. Make shapes and steam in idly cooker for 15 Min's.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.

P.S : Methi or pudina leaves can also be cut finely and added. If it becomes watery add little rice flour and make shapes.
