This is very simple to make and once you start doing this at home, you will never feel like eating it outside!!!

Salt- as required

Method :
Cut the baby corns into medium pieces. Boil in salt water till medium soft. Drain the water and mix with rice flour, corn flour, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, little salt, tomato sauce and little water( to hold the dough). Fry the baby corns till golden brown.

Heat 4 tbsps of oil in a pan and add onions,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, green chillies, chopped garlic and fry till golden brown. Then add baby corns, (salt, if required) all the sauces and fry for about 10 to 15 mins in medium flame. Sprinkle little water to make the dish a little saucy.

P.S : The same method can be followed for cauliflower, except that it should not be boiled for long.
